We were not sure about leaving Sammy outside home for such a long period as she really doesn't like being alone and away from home. However she adapted very quickly, she was very well taken care of. I am so glad we found this 5* cat hotel - I can honestly say, I was a bit worried about leaving my kitten of 7 months, but Louise certainly spoilt her rotten! She also sent me photos and updates almost every day which was lovely and very reassuring to see how settled she was. The Cattery is in a beautiful setting in Chalfont St. Giles, Bucks, and the ‘pens’ are spacious light and airy. Louise ensures all the cats have ‘play time’ several times a day. Booking on line is very easy via a very user friendly website! (I’m not at all techy). All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this home away from home for your feline friends.

One of the hardest things when planning a trip away is deciding who will look after your furry family member. Thankfully we don't have that problem anymore because Lily's retreat really is a home away from home for our cat. We know that he will be looked after and cared for just as well (if not better!) than when he is at home. Regular updates with photo's/video's from Louise put our minds completely at ease and allow us to properly relax. It is very clear to us that Louise really cares for her guests and understands them only as a proper cat lover can. Lily's retreat is our preference every time - we cannot recommend highly enough.
