  My son had had quite a few problems with his feet, knees and hip which had hindered him from playing his favourite sport. After seeing Tom at Limitless and following Toms exercise regime and training he is back to playing sport pain free. We can and have referred back to the exercises now and again which helps my son stay injury free. We are very grateful for your help Tom you’ve worked absolute wonders. Thank you.

  10/10! Thank you for fixing my back. The pain was relieved from the very first exercise. I felt that the programme of exercises were individual to me and Tom was very helpful and understanding of my memory problems and neurological complications and I made fast progress in my recovery. For someone who has had a lifetime of back injuries and seen many professionals over my adult life you were the first to inform me that the problems steamed from my legs! My understanding and treatment of this has given me hope that in the future, if I have any flare-ups they will be resolved quickly. Tom has given me some exercises to do on-going which I feel will give me some control over maintaining /improving my general fitness and bone strength.   I tore the cartilage in my knee and received excellent advice and treatment from Tom. He was very informative and carefully explained the recovery process. He provided reassurance when progress was slow early on which helped me enormously. After each appointment l received a tailor-made rehabilitation plan. I needed far fewer visits than l thought and therefore the service proved to be excellent value for money. Tom was always available by phone if further advice or reassurance was required. He was accurate about the likely recovery time frame and l have now been discharged. l would thoroughly recommend Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance to any one recovering from injury.

  Having used Tom for a number of months now, I can fully recommend him. I suffered from chest pains that were confirmed as non-heart related. Doctors could point to the problem but not a solution. Tom correctly identified the issues and set about improving and guiding me through correct exercise. His physical help and guidance with a wellness approach has been invaluable and I feel so much better. I would suggest you give him a go!

  I needed Tom to help me due to a knee injury - torn meniscus grade 3. The task was to avoid surgery and get me walking again with minimal pain. How wrong I was to doubt this was possible, Tom was great and performed miracles in my opinion. He quickly makes you feel safe and comfortable, it was as though he understood exactly what I was experiencing and what the voice of doubt in my head was saying! Whilst the sessions were challenging, Tom made them interesting and meaningful. The support via the app whilst you work on your exercises at home was also invaluable and really helped to speed up my recovery. The videos on your customed app make sure you knew exactly what to do and how. You can also chat to Tom if you have any questions and it plots your progress so you can see how your recovering is going. Tom is extremely professional and posses an unbelievable level of knowledgeable. He clearly enjoys what he does and is very caring. My advise to anyone in pain or struggling go and see Tom don't put it off you wont regret it.

  My physio, Tom, was very helpful with my hamstring injury and got me back playing football within 5 weeks! I learnt a lot about my injury and how to combat it, due to Tom’s vast array of knowledge about sport and the human body. Furthermore, I was always impressed with how professional the whole set up is at Limitless; they are now my ‘go to’ physio from now on.

  After being hospitalised for two weeks with ‘polytrauma’ injuries sustained crashing my road bike in France last summer, it became clear that I needed more specialised guidance to overcome various physical weaknesses and issues caused by the accident. This is where Tom and Limitless Physiotherapy have been able to help me over the past few months. Tom’s knowledge and practical experience combine to give me a precise program of exercises which are very well illustrated in a helpful App. Adherence to this regime has facilitated a successful return to a full range of painless movement. Now with Tom’s guidance I’m steadily building back strength to ensure I can engage with my hobby again following the unfortunate incident last summer. Thanks to Tom for his help and guidance on my recovery journey.
