Used to be fabulous but recently has gone downhill fast. I’ve seen staff blatantly lie to me about items, and I’ve had staff put the phone down me. Very rude just lately. Notices around the shop about not giving the staff verbal abuse, they need to take their own advice. Won’t be using them anymore

Used this pharmacy for the first time on Tuesday. Appeared to be fully staffed. My prescription was taken soon after entering, with only a short wait time for it, despite others in front of me. Staff were helpful & polite, & and efficient - as soon as the doorbell chimed, someone was dealing with a customer straight away. Very impressed.

Link pharmacy offers a great service, long opening hours and helpful, friendly staff. The only downfall is the manager (tall indian man). His manner is so arrogant and frosty. Never a smile and ALWAYS stand offish. I dread him serving me. I would have given 5 stars but for this man. AWFUL!!!

King Street Branch Maidstone. I have to say my Mum has been with this Pharmacy for a few years the the service is outstanding. Martin and his team are proactive, professional and even let me know if my mum has failed to pick up her tablets. I've never known a pharmacy to go out their way like they do. Martin's care and attention to detail for each customer should really be commended. This level of care and service is a very rare thing these days. Thank you Martin and the Team
