My daughter was going there and they cancelled 17 of her nursery days ( i was at college at the time so it was funded) so got no sort of refund and was unsettling for my daughter and my education then they shut down permanently in 2022

My daughter has been at Little Legs for just over a year now. There was a change in staff back in December 2020 which did concern me but it has been a smooth transition and all the new staff are as caring and compassionate as the previous staff. My daughter has grown in confidence and I can attribute that to the excellent care she receives from the Little Legs staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a day nursery in the Sittingbourne area.

I will admit that when they first opened they where fantastic and so great we sent out first 2 children there and sadly by the time we sent child number 3 everything went down hill so badly! They never got our child's name right despite correcting many times, we never got updates on out child's progress and any time we asked we where fobbed off as there busy! we did try to address this many times and no body cared and they told us they was going to change the hours our child attended and when we complained they said that's the way it is! and this was the Owner of the company and not just a staff member advising us! we have since decided to remove our child and we are never looking back! Its sad really as when Little Legs Sittingbourne began they where amazing and really cared but now they have clearly got too big for there boots and cannot manage! Will never recommend again because of this! Our child is now so happy and never even showed any sadness to never going back!

The new nursery in Sittingbourne has made a name for itself already in my books, it has a friendly atmosphere and looks great inside, all the staff were friendly and happy to answer any of my questions and concerns and made me feel content in leaving my child in their care. The I-watch in the nursery (which is different to other nurseries) gives me and other parents reassurance and peace of mind as we can see our children playing and exploring in this environment. This nursery offers15 hours free childcare for 2 year olds (free for 2 funding) and also 3 - 4 year old funding. All in all this is a quality and affordable nursery fit for any child ages 3 months to 5 years and I would highly recommend to all of my friends.
