Having seen some adverse comments about this jewellers, I felt obliged to make my own comment. My wife and I purchased a reasonably priced diamond and sapphire 18ct gold ring a few weeks ago. The owner was extremely courteous and helpful, the ring needed resizing 4 sizes larger which he included in the already reasonable price. Two weeks later (he was on holiday himself for a week) he rang and despatched the ring which arrived the next morning. My wife was delighted by the excellent workmanship skilfully carried out. Cannot fault in any way. Its not often I leave comments, but this is my way of saying thankyou.

Such a wonderful jewelers! I enquired about repairing an earring of sentimental value and they sorted it out no problem, free of charge! This was even more wonderful after being told by multiple high street jewelers they couldn't help or being advised to buy a new pair as they weren't worth repairing. Strongly recommend

Really lovely jewellers. I popped in just to enquire about a ring I had bought elsewhere, the man who attended me was very kind, was happy to tell me as much as he could about my ring, and even polished it up for me free of charge! When I came back he even gifted me a lovely little ring box for it and refused any payment. I will definitely be returning whenever I wish to buy any more jewellery!

After care is a shambles! We bought my engagement ring from here and after a year of wearing it a prong broke. I took it to a local jewellers who said the ring was faulty (porous) and we should go back to the place we got it from. We got it repaired by Little Shambles, which we had to pay for, and it came back looking a mess. Tom, the owner, was rude, unsympathetic and we found it hard to trust Little Shambles to do any further work on the ring. He refused to accept the condition the ring was sent back to us in and that the ring was porous. We’ve since had it repaired elsewhere at a 3rd jewellers. They again confirmed that the ring itself is faulty (porous), and the ring has subsequently snapped in half. More than anything both my husband and I just wish we’d brought such a sentimental ring elsewhere.
