Gave a good review 3 years ago but having had conservatory roof done by them and had them back numerus times to fix a problem with it they never get back to you for ages and i think now we would certainly not reccomend them

We've received appalling after-sales service from this company. Since March 2022 we've been trying to get failed double-glazed sealed units replaced. They are non-responsive, especially Eric Vokes, and will not honour the 10-year FENSA guarantee that they provided. I do not recommend them.

Everything was top quality and the finished job was amazing just what we had asked for every little detail 100% recommended and will be back if I need any other bits doing they do windows doors etc too . Absolutely awful from start to finish. They got just about everything including putting the window openers on the wrong side and then saying I changed my mind !!. Rosewood windows were fitted with light grey sealant and not colour coordinated brown mastic which oozed everywhere with the result being my house looked like a birthday cake that had had icing poured over it. Please read the brochure and don't make the same mistake as me - these people are not members of any reputable trade organization, eg The glass and glazing federation or The double glazing ombudsman scheme, with the result being if you complain there is no oversight or redress and you will be bullied with court threats if you dare to complain. Look at the pictures of what they did go elsewhere. You have been warned !!

I ordered a uPVC window from Live In Design on 12/8/15, received email confirmation 13/8/15 that the window would be fitted the morning of 1/9/2015 - Nobody turned up to fit the window at the agreed time, I phoned Mr Vokes only to be told that the window hadn't been ordered and that he was sorry. Live in Design have stopped answering emails and whenever I've rung them they've promised to refund the money that day. Absolutely rubbish customer service!! Awful customer service! Buyer beware!!
