Really great little shop! Good range of tasteful new jewellery on offer alongside some nice second hand pieces. They also make bespoke jewellery and do repairs and alterations. I bought a second hand ring off of them and had it resized. They did the work within 24 hours and it was an absolutely seamless job! Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Short story: My repaired necklace was returned missing jewels. I'm not certain it was their fault, but I am certain they lied to me about it. Long story: I brought in a necklace decorated with a number of tiny gems (diamond, ruby and pearl). The shop's price to have a safety chain added was the same as others in the street, and they seemed like a nice bunch so I left it with them to repair. When I came to collect it, I noticed two tiny holes where settings for the jewels were empty. I asked them about it and they told me they might have fallen off, and they would check and call me. After several months, they still had not called, so I went to pick it up. I did not have a photograph to prove the jewels were there on the day I dropped it off, so I was ready to accept the necklace with the jewels missing. Instead, I was pleased to be told that it had been fixed. However, on inspecting the necklace, I realised that the two jewels were still missing and noticed a third empty setting. As he had lied to me (perhaps expecting me to forget?) I didn't want to risk leaving the necklace there any longer. I just paid up so I could take my necklace home. I thought one star was too harsh because the safety chain was fine, but two stars was plenty as it made me nervous that they lied. So, if you do leave jewellery with them to repair, make sure to take a photograph when you drop it off.

I had a watch listed at £42,000 and the gentleman reached out to me, wasted my time and offered me £24,000 anyone in the watch industry knows that the 116500LN nicknamed “The Panda” is not £24,000 at time of writing (April 2022) it is worth a lot more! Waste of my time he even admitted he’ll sell it on for £34,000 so now watch dealers make 10k on watches. Dealers don’t even make that on Ferraris. Absolutely disappointed and a very big waste of time
