This was by far the best experience I've had with an agency (and I have moved a lot). Patient, honest and kind people, who aren't just looking out for the interest of the landlord - they protect you as a tenant. Quick communication and very organised. The whole experience was smooth and for the first time I felt like I could trust my letting agency (not an exaggeration). I have moved out of London for the time being but were I ever to move back, I would rent with Lixing again. I wouldn't want to deal with other 'shady' agencies anymore. Thank you for everything and never change!

I would recommend Lixing (particularly Rob and Billy), from a buyer’s perspective, they were very responsive (much more so than other real estate agencies) and very helpful from start to move-in! If I was selling I would definitely want to work with them again in the future.
