I didn't face any problems with any thing, when the washing machine wasn't working they were happy to replace it with a new one.

I had a very disappointing experience as tenant. Notably, the handling of checkout needs serious improvement. Liz employed the use of someone with existing working relationships (doing repair work in the flat) with this landlord. This situation brought along much hardship for myself and could have been avoided if a third-party agency who had no previous interactions with myself or the landlord would have been utilized instead.
