I used LMD to hire skips for construction and refurbishment waste from our new business premises. Delivery and removal was timely and well notified and tracked. There was no fuss whatsoever about the quantity and type of construction waste in the skip. There was no pressure for removal in a limited time. The first skip stayed nearly one month and the second skip stayed nearly three weeks. LMD operate their trucks with due environmental and safety precautions. Very bad experience, we ordered skip, they took our money in advance and gave them all the specifications of the road with pictures, turns out they can't fit the lorry, even after confirming the measurement of the road. I had to pay them 40 pounds just for their attempt to place the skip. I had to call exactly 9 times to get my remaining refund. Customer service staff has no manners including the manager Daniel.

They are liars. Quick to take my money and told me my skip will be here before 12noon by Luke. Chased it up and Matt said will be here by 1pm. Nothing! Now closed. Very bad service, disgusted disappointed, no one answering, was relying on this to get work done completely put back cos of unprofessional service! Update: After leaving a critical review we recieved a message within 10mins that driver is on route and skip was here within 25mins. Although I appreciate it arrived on the same day, it was 2.5hrs late and too much stress caused! Also your opening hours on Google are incorrect! Service: Construction debris removal
