By using the Lofti app I am able to raise, track and monitor maintenance issues. Give instant feedback to the Contractor by writing a comment along with photos showing what is the issue about and being able to see Contractor's reply to my message/comment, helps resolving the maintenance issues easier and faster. Instant messaging with my Landlord is a plus! Also, the frequent email updates I receive about my tenancy and any maintenance issues keep me well-informed and on top of any necessary actions.
