London & Associated Properties (LAP) have generally been a reasonable landlord, they adopt a "hands off" approach leaving the local management team to get on with it. Those Old Records is a "destination" shop with customers from across the UK, Germany, Russia and Japan travelling to the shop throughout the year. We sell rare records so a specialised and niche business. The current international lock down, even when lifted, will have a negative impact on this business for the forseeable future. LAP's decision not to reduce or defer rental payments during this period with no understanding as to when the lock down will end is not helping at all. With no end to the lock down in sight and no regular income stream, our tenure at the Brewery Street Shopping Centre, Rugeley is perilous to say the least.

Been renting a property from this company for 2 years, they have tried to charge me for work that was carried out to the property 10 years ago before my company was even created. Also we did not recieve an invoice from the company for rent payment however they did send us an enforcmenet letter with an additional £90 charge.
