I first contacted London Diamonds in January 2023 about designing a bespoke engagement ring. I was blown away by the quality of the service I received. I didn’t really know what I was looking for and London Diamonds made the entire process very straight-forward. They were always on hand to answer any questions and provide advice. More importantly….. the ring is INCREDIBLE! It was designed perfectly and I was so pleased with the specification. James and his team did an amazing job and my fiancé is in love with the ring itself. London Diamonds stuck to the timeline they promised which made my engagement stress-free (to the extent it could be) as I wasn’t worrying about when the ring would be ready to collect. I genuinely could not recommend London Diamonds enough and am very grateful for their help in making our engagement the best experience ever!

Their customer service is exceptional, both throughout the design process and the after care (we were quickly able to get the ring re-sized so that it fit perfectly). I couldn't recommend London Diamonds enough. Their customer service and communication is second to none, the quality of their products is amazing and they can't do enough to make sure you are happy with it. They helped my fiancee to design it himself and get it perfect. I had to send my engagement ring for a resize, and was sooo nervous sending it in the post. I had it back within a week, perfectly resized, they even cleaned it professionally for me, all free of charge. If you're thinking of getting an engagement ring, don't go anywhere else. These are your guys!
