The 14 year old Pulsacoil in my apartment failed on a Friday afternoon. Andrei came out on the same day to diagnose the issue and a replacement was installed on Saturday, the next day. Although, there was still an issue with the hot water after installation (it mysteriously only returned on Monday) Andrei graciously returned to ensure there was nothing wrong. His responsiveness is second-to-none.
