    Very unimpressed. The Doctor I met was cold and unclear. I felt the moment I step in there was an agenda. On his desk were the 3 items that the practise sold. As a hair loss clinic I thought he would offer more options in hair related paths to go down. I was told to go on a tablet which I have researched and also been to several other clinics to consultations who said it is not a good idea due to the many side affects. I was then suggested to have PRP therapy. All of this would have come at a huge cost. After going for other consultations at different clinics who were very warm and friendly about male options for male hair loss a quite sensitive topic, I have realised how much of a terrible place and mistake it is to go here. Also a consultation is £150 where as everywhere else is free.

    Have had two PRP sessions with Dr Cotrufo and already noticed a difference. Actually really surprised to see this after literally ten days after my first session. It was my barber who was most surprised as he asked me what's happened to my hair - its gotten thicker!! Dr Cotrufo is very professional and clearly passionate about what he does. He takes good care and is very open and honest on the best treatment and what could work based on his examination of my hair follicles etc.

In an attempt to figure out exactly why I was losing so much hair, I was very fortunate to have come across Dr. Stefano Cotrufo who took his time to listen to my concerns and provide a detailed diagnosis of my condition, during my very first session. Throughout the course of my treatment, Dr. Cotrufo would advise me of the progress we've made and give honest affirmations. During my sessions he made sure I was comfortable with the treatment given. He never rushed through the treatment and provided the best care possible. He would readily address any concerns I had with truthful advice. I genuinely saw a remarkable difference after my treatments which were PRP and Mesotherapy. My hair started growing back thicker than its been in a very long time and the shedding has reduced greatly, almost non existent. Dr. Cotrufo's assistant Nicola has been absolutely fantastic in providing exceptional customer service. She's been so helpful in making any changes to my appointments very easily, she's addressed any queries I had in a very prompt manner.
