A family member stayed in our flat for a week and managed to spill the classic - red wine - on our carpet. We only returned a week later and thought we'd have to replace the carpet but thankfully London Cleaning Team (LCT) were able to remove the stain as well as one or two other marks in the room. Prompt and good value - I'd use them again.
