While I'm fully aware and understand that previously we have all dealt with covid and or self-isolation and other serious problems which others are experiencing--I seriously hope everyone gets efficient care they need--I'm not impressed at this clinic. Here's why... Back in March/early April 2021 I went through a very dark episode where i couldn't relax, focus on anything, was worrying my friends family loved one and so forth as I had been self-harming. This was due to phycological issues i was experiencing and as some were difficult to comprehend & articulate i was fearful of those issues taking over me to a point where i was living in fear of developing an eating disorder. I phoned up this clinic twice back in April to see if they could monitor my thoughts and see if those ones which are hard to describe could be detected, broken down and help me with describing them. They told me both times that they'd book me an appointment. I've not heard anything since which is appalling. And even though i've got better i still fear of relapsing.

I enquired about an appointment here and they got back to me offering an appointment time I could not do. Since then I have received several emails to confirm my booking, so I called them to un-confirm the appointment, which they said they would. Now they have sent me another email confirmation and no longer pick up my calls.
