I will use not my real name just for the safety issues. I called the clinic before I came in. I wanted to know if the stuff there is nice. The reason why I made that call was, because last year I was pregnant and I was doing everything privately and I had very not nice lady to do my scans, when she broke me the news of a miscarriage she was careless, and very not nice. Then I went to NHS midwife and the stuff there been nothing but kind. So yesterday I found London Private Ultrasound clinic and I decided to have scan and check if the baby is doing ok. Because I lot my symptoms and I felt like something was wrong. Also, after last year I just wanted to be sure that everything is ok. Also my midwife and my fiancé are not allowing me to read anything about pregnancy because I constantly think I have miscarriage. And I have nightmares, and constant anxieties. Because whatever I read I was just attaching to miscarriage. So I’m not having an easy time. So I went to that clinic and lady up stair at the reception she was so sweet. Thank you so much for a positive vibes. Then I went down the stairs for the scan there were 2 ladies. Very miserable and not nice. No smile. Just showing me like they are just unhappy that I’m there. Then in the room was just me and the lady who was doing the scan. She was so cold I was smiling trying to make jokes and tell her that I’m nervous, and she absolutely didn’t care about what I’m saying. Then I said to her that I don’t know much about pregnancy so that is why I’m asking her questions. She was not happy that I’m asking anything. She had a go at me in a very rude way to the point that my heartbeat was beating so fast, she was angry that I don’t read anything about pregnancy. I’m not trying to be oblivious. I’m just waiting when I will be like 14 weeks and feeling better about my pregnancy. And I won’t be so anxious about possible miscarriage. I’m also Psychologist and I work so many hours at the moment. I had earlier very hard time with my pregnancy because of sicknesses and tiredness. That once I entered the house I was taking shower and then going to sleep. But then I lost the symptoms that is why I wanted to do private scan. But I regret. I had bad experience. And if you are a kind and sweet person who don’t want to have a bad experience with their scan I don’t recommend that clinic. The stuff is very rude and once again I had bad experience. Doctors at NHS are so kind and they really care about yours and your babies wellbeing. At first me and my partner wanted to do everything privately but after the rude attitude of the people who been doing my scans at private places. I will stick with lovely people at NHS. Honestly the attitude of the person who does the scan is so important for every future mother. And that lady who did my scan is good at her job but if she would be nicer she would have more clients. I never will go back to this clinic for sure. I will just stick with NHS as I said earlier

Highly recommended to anyone looking to do scans. Doctor N.Tehrani is very transparent, and she will guide you the right way. We had been to NHS on a Friday, literally the next day we went to see her and she found a problem with our baby, which NHS wasn't able to detect. We are super thankful for all the work she's done for us and she will go the extra mile to make sure that you are properly seen. We are now almost 18 weeks pregnant again and have been going to her since our 7th week as she is someone that we really trust! Thank you so much for all the care shown.

My ultrasound was done by Dr Mina Taghavi who explained findings right away with clear diagnosis which meant that I need a surgery quite urgently. I found a surgeon who, based on the ultrasound report, agreed that the surgery should be done sooner rather then later. I had the treatment under GA, took 2 weeks time off work, paid £7650 for the surgery just to find that it was totally unnecessary. I was misdiagnosed. London private Ultrasound were "sorry to hear that I am not satisfied with their services", no apology from Dr Mina Taghavi and they happily continue "looking" after patients without taking any responsibility for their own mistakes and incompetence.
