I engaged with this service for ADHD diagnosis. I had a preliminary NHS diagnosis (clinic had these letters) but NHS treatment would take up to 24 months. Just before booking there was a flippant remark about weekly appointments and I queried this. They were not forthcoming but after a few emails I learned that on top of the initial fee you must attend weekly sessions for 3 months … costing over £8k! I’m on below average wage, am using my life savings that we’re for a house deposit for this and can’t get medical insurance due to physical disability. This is not standard practice, standard practice is between 3 and 6 appointments over 3 months not 12! Very obviously monetising on the problems within the NHS and patients need for treatment. I’m pursuing treatment elsewhere and cannot recommend somewhere that so shamelessly overcharges and is not upfront about their fees
