My gran spent her final years at the home and I found both the staff and the care she received there to be excellent. She could be very anxious at times and the staff always showed kindness and patience; I witnessed this first hand and heard the same from my gran - she couldn't speak highly enough of them. As a family, we were devastated to lose our gran/mum, but we were also sad to have to end the time we spent with these wonderful people. I urge any family considering this facility for their loved ones to visit - the professional and personal approach you will see offered is exactly what they will receive.

My Mother was a resident for over three years and during that time she received the most caring and loving attention possible. The care was excellent from the Nurses, Carers and everyone involved including the Owner. We could not have found a better place for my Mother. I would highly recommend London Road Neurological to anyone, you will not find better

I have just come across the 1 star review. What a load of absolute rubbish and so untrue. My mother spent three plus years at the care home and received nothing but loving care. The person in question was an argumentative and nasty person, hence the poor review, nothing but complete nonsense. It makes me furious that someone could write such slander. I hope the Care Home and in Particular, Kim the owner, takes legal action.

This home is nothing less than fantastic, the staff are amazing and they care!! Never have I seen a nursing/care home run so nicely and efficiently and with such compassion. Keep up the good work guys, it's always a pleasure to walk through those doors to see my Sister so happy in your care.
