I'm staying currently in one of their accommodation and its very bad experience dealing with them as they take the service fees without providing the full service like the cleaning service and their customer support ignored all the messages and emails without any respect to their clients. Also before that each week the finance team send new email asking for new payment after finishing all my payments which show that there is no coordination between their sales team and finance team. For any one want dealing with them never ask them for any of their services as they only care about taking your money without any service and all the items in their service profile are fake and if you want to ask for feedback they will ignore you even after many emails and messages to them.

Horrific service !! Been trying to reach them for 2 weeks to locate my deposit since no invoice has been sent to me as well as being sent the wrong accomodation quotes. The call service is terrible, not responsive and give fake promises, the finance team never reached back to me and after trying so hard I got someone who actually seemed to help then to only tell me the issue is from my end even though I had the proof that I sent money. After I asked for a refund, their response became even slower and their tone started to get agressive !! Be careful where you put your money and make sure the service is actually good ... I do not recommend this agency

In short, they are dishonest because they would omit the fact that the accommodation is under heavy construction prior to letting you sign a binding agreement. They are unresponsive and do not take appropriate actions against your claims because even if you have been struggling with extreme disturbance, they would not take any action to help you and resolve the issue (although they claim that they care about your wellbeing). You would destroy your ears due to wearing your headphones 24/7 just to get some work done or sleep in your own room. Lastly, they do not care about anything but there money to the extent that they would do anything to get it (even if suing you under unreasonable circumstances). Truly, whomever has a positive comment did not face issues, otherwise their view would be 100% different. I have posted full details in my review on TrustPilot, I recommend giving it a look if you’re thinking of dealing with Londonist (which I do not recommend).

do not book with them. They don't answer when there are problems. They assigned me a dirty room, with broken cabinets, the mattress sinking... and on top of that, very expensive. If you want to have a good experience, don't count on them. I have put it in the hands of lawyers.

My experience with the Londonist has been exceptional so far! Khaled Matar is always available on WhatsApp with any questions or concerns, and the Londonist reaches out to me regularly regarding my stay. Making payments is easy as the Londonist sends you reminder emails upon each payment deadline. I learned recently that I need to extend my stay and was reassured that I’ll be able to easily do this through the Londonist!
