Had a great experience at the cattery! I was super nervous leaving my baby for the first time at the cattery but got lovely photos and updates during my cat’s stay which made me happy and relaxed during my holiday! My cat was very much looked after and I am very thankful to Lorraine and Emmy for taking such good care of my baby. Will definitely come back

Lorraine definitely provides a 5* treatment for all her feline guests and their pets ;) Our boys were so well looked after and we were kept regularly informed of how they were doing that any concerns we had about leaving them melted away. The service is definitely a home-away-from-home and continues afterwards with going home care packages! I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Longcroft Cat Hotel is exceptional! I left my 2 cats there for 2 weeks, and they loved it! The owner is super caring and you can tell she loves cats. I love the fact that they send you pictures of your cat every 2 days, it was always the highlight of my day. My cats even got Christmas crackers on Christmas. I will be 100% dropping off my cats here again when I go on holiday. Would totally recommend!!

Lorraine and Adrian are brilliant!! We were really nervous to leave our kittens for the first time but the obvious wealth of experience and care that’s offered by Longcroft made the whole experience stress free. Boris was extremely well looked after by Adrian and Lorraine. It was his first time in a cattery and I couldn't have found a better place. It gave me huge peace of mind to know he was safe and being looked after so well. Not sure you will find a better option
