    Bought my sofa cushion in to be repaired on the zip as this broke in the wash after the material had shrunk. The lovely lady (sorry can't remember your name) did a fantastic job on this. She explained it might be a bit tricky pulling the material together to add a new zip but i (myself) could cut some of the foam inside giving that extra material to pull and add a new zip, which I did. And it looked fantastic!!! Few days later my other cushion zip broke after the same thing happened, again she attached a new zip the exact same way as the first cushion. Thank you for your help, I'll be back 😊

    Had an awful memorable customer experience with this Tailor. I brought in a large sofa cushion to have the zip replaced as it was broken, I was in a hurry to get it done so I looked past her manner which wasn't the friendliest. Paid a deposit of £10 and we discussed how the material may have shrunk in the wash causing the zip to not close even if fixed. Days later she called and said she had tried two new zips but both had broken. Again not friendly, demanded the £15 before I could leave with the cushion that looked untouched from when I had dropped it off. Said she'd charge the full £25 to do it again (currently working with Citizen Advice to have her investigated). Outrageous to pay £25 and see no change. Found another lovely Tailor that changed the pull on the zip and only charged £5. Discussing it with the second Tailor, clearly the quality of the zips the original Tailor used was poor and that's why they kept breaking, if she did do anything to the cushion in the first place. I would never return and would not recommend.
