    Unbelievable experience. Iain engaged not only me but also with my wife and 30 year old son. His passion is infectious! The demonstrations and the explanations were brilliant. NO hard sell ... what's right for you is what matters! Customer experience was obviously the priority. What a fantastic showroom and sound experience. His colleagues were so welcoming and helpful... even time for some good craic! WE WILL BE BACK! It's so good to know that there are still quality shops with customers at the centre of the experience.     Just had my old Cyrus One amp fully serviced by Hubert and Jamie and I'm very pleased with the results. Sound is more crisp with better stereo separation. Bass is big without overpowering the sound. My music now plays with more clarity and is nice and tight. Everyone I spoke to at the store was very friendly and willing to take time to chat and give advice. Thanks very much guys, I'll definitley be back :)

    Once again a trip to Loud and Clear results in a lighter wallet! But a happy laddie though, Iain talked us through the options and what would best suit my existing gear( from L&C of course) and left us to audition it and decide, SWMBO needed no persuasion, job done.Big spends or modest budgets, all receive the same care and attention, no fancy spiel here, job done.

It is always a pleasure to visit and be inspired by the next step and the excellent coffee. I have just returned from the store with my latest upgrades. I received the same superb service and commitment as ever and it is always a real pleasure to visit and Iain is always happy to chat through plans and aspirations. Hubert also did a terrific job on my cd player earlier when it was acting up.

    Super good service and super nice products. I arranged a demo in the purpose-built space to determine which turntable I should buy just before Christmas 2022. Iain at Loud and Clear Edinburgh was very helpful and allowed me to stay as long as I needed to, so that I could be sure of the differences with a range of turntables. It was clear which one to buy as ancillary equipment was neutral. Iain continued to be super enthusiastic and knowledgeable whilst resolving some issues with my phono stage and allowed me to loan a demo unit with cables to figure out what the issue was. I don’t live nearby, and Iain could not have been more helpful to figure out the issue. I would absolutely encourage anyone who is interested in upgrading any component of hi-fi to go see the loud and clear team.

    Fantastic store. Super friendly, enthusiastic and informative staff. Originally bought a Rega turntable a few years ago and finally a new amp! Chris helped me this week with purchase of Rega Brio amp. Was more than happy to field all my questions and give clear advice. Really appreciate how welcoming store always is and how much time spent to help. Commitment to this despite me being at the total novice / lower end of the audio spectrum keeps me coming back! Really shows the value of buying local. After care and further support if required is second to none too.
