Everything we needed to know was explained to us in a sympathetic and understanding way and we were allowed all the time we needed to choose how we wanted the funeral. Mum’s dignity and memory was maintained throughout and the funeral was just as promised giving us great comfort. The service was organised beautifully, including additional touches that allowed for a truly fitting send off for my grandma.     Love's funeral home is one of the most amazing, comforting place you could ever go. They looked after my brother really well and supported us all as a family from the very start. They would be totally honest with any question we had and gave my brother a beautiful send off. The booklets they made as well were totally unusually but so beautiful, they made it so personal for my brother and added in all the little features that we wanted. As for the Chapel of rest (woodlands rest) it was amazingly beautiful, so peaceful, calming and relaxing. I would highly recommend love's funeral home to anyone. You kept in touch and made communication when ever we had questions or we needed to talk. You helped us with the arrangements and was so sympathetic towards us. Matthew was amazing talking about my brother and the leaflets and bookmarks were lovely. You helped us make the service so nice and comforting for us. The flowers were beautiful also.
