I didn't rent a car, but I had inquired multiple times about renting a car in different countries. I unfortunately didn't get to rent a car because I had to go back to the US on short notice. The customer service was great. They have numbers for UK, US and Europe, which makes it easy to contact them. They did their best to find the vehicle I wanted and where I wanted it. I wasn't forced to take another vehicle or wait. They have a great selection of vehicles in all locations. Great thanks to Nash Cole. I hope if I'm back in Europe and need a vehicle, I'll be choosing Lurento.
