4 of us went to Lussmanns last night, food was average and expensive, nothing to boast about. My friend and I had the fish as a main, £30, quite expensive. I was expecting something truly delicious at that price but even if the fish was cooked properly the jus at the bottom of the plate was tasteless as well as those bits of chopped onions and tomatoes, very disappointing. Not to mention that you don’t even get potatoes, mash or chips for that price, you have to pay for extras. My two other friends had the steak, I think they said it tasted ok but again no complimentary sauce to go with it, you had to pay for it. The service was good but the waitress was doing her job like a robot, not friendly at all. The manager gave us complimentary pudding to make up for the tasteless food but we have all agreed that we wouldn’t be going back there.
