(Translated by Google) This happened from 10 years ago. Professionally with kindness. I was super surprised that it could look like this. Coming out yet, I got all the medications I needed to take. On sticker no. Tel Doctor, Do not go back to Poland, I understand Luton and Dunstable is not an ideal place, perhaps to live. In Poland it is worse and it does not look better. Respect, don't hate, understand. (Original) To miało miejsce z 10 lat temu. Profesjonalnie z rzyczliwoscia.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst hospital in the UK. Nurses are stuck up and don’t care, doctors want to discharge you when you literally cannot move. Patient well-being is appalling, all while they have a chit chat when people need serious help.

I had a routine bone marrow biopsy test yesterday and what should have been a 30 mins procedure had me in L&D Hospital for 12 hours. Apparently I have very strong bones and the doctor made three attempts but failed. As soon as I stood up my neck could no longer support the weight of my head and I had pain (pressure) from my neck to head. The ward medical staff were unable to assist me so they sent me to A&E to wait, even though it was a post procedure complication. The receptionists at A&E spoke to me like I was a criminal and they were police officers interrogating me. I was so shocked by their rudeness and lack of compassion. While in A&E I was in excruciating pain, I vomited twice and was given no neck support while waiting. I was bewildered as I walked into the hospital pain free earlier that morning. I was sent home after 10pm after seeing only a nurse who gave me paracetamol and ibuprofen. When I asked to see a doctor the nurse said I'd have to wait longer so I just left, so I could support my neck by laying down at home. The members of the general public in the waiting room took better care of me than the A&E doctors and nurses. It's the next day and I'm still ill and waiting for a call back from 111.

So here at L&D Eye Day Surgery. The nurse who books in patients really mean and horrible in your face person with 0 mannerisms. Our appointment was scheduled for 7.30am, we arrived in an early manner around 7.15am did not get seen until 8.05am. My farther is a man with complex health the last place I want him waiting around is in a hospital. So we eventually got seen and he had his eye drops put in, then told to go wait outside again. Then we got called in again they done another check which was around another 15 to 20 mins later (8.20am) and again got told to go sit back down again. Eventually at around 9am a nurse approached us and just randomly said yes your 5th in the list and your going to have to wait which then I asked why are we invited in so early only to have to wait 4 hours. Me being scared for the safety of my farther asked wouldn't it have been easier for us to come in at 11am gives us an hour to get through thr checks rather than sat here waiting. She just started shouting at me and explaining covid rules. Well if that's the case about covid why have people sat around waiting not doing anything for 3 hours really contradicting information from her end. She just rudely walked away did ask for a feedback form didn't receive one. The woman who done the original check on my dad was rude and kept shouting instructions at him like he was a little child. Honestly watse of time and if you have a concern and raise it they all come out and attack like a bunch of hyenas. Just load of people just say here waiting the piss poor organisation and very rude staff minus the girl behind the reception desk really nice person.

Told to be in dept strictly for 11am for iv antibiotics and when I am, I’m left waiting for 4-8hrs before I actually have them. Multiple times asking what’s going on and repeatedly told “nurse will be over in a minute to administer it”. Then hours later still no iv hooked up. You literally can’t make it up.
