Absolutely useless. Had Karndean flooring laid in January 2016. Very happy with choice until flooring started to lift in Kitchen and Dining Room. Got in touch with M&S so they sent someone round to fix it. Less than two weeks passed and exactly the same thing happened and flooring began lifting in Kitchen again. Spoke to M&S again then once more a guy came round to fix the problem. Approximately 5 days later, the flooring began to lift again in the Kitchen so I again called M&S to ask this be repaired properly as the so called "fix" jobs are clearly not working. Nothing was done. Called again and again and again and now 5 times yet still the Owners haven't replied and seem to have pretty much washed their hands of it. Absolutely appalling Customer Service and the job remains unfixed and flooring is getting worse. One thing to note, Jo in the Banstead office is brilliant but it's out of her hands and Jamie the Carpenter who came round to try and fix it is a great lad but the job is still faulty and not complete. Would certainly not recommend them to anyone and if you are considering purchasing the Kardean flooring, it is an excellent product but use anybody rather than M&S since they are a joke of a company to deal with. Remember the saying; In a crisis the Boss should always be visible. These owners instead hide away and lack the professionalism to make any contact and stay hidden.
