Best plumbing shop anywhere ever. Been going here for 15 years. Roland is excellent with loads of experience and incredibly efficient. Ordered stock comes in very fast and they’ve always been able to supply everything I’ve needed. Some really good quality bathroom units etc on display too.

So I actually came in here several months back, and kept meaning to write a review...but kept forgetting. I had a small leak under my kitchen sink. I'm not knowledgeable on parts or names but basically I needed a small black rubber stopper looking thingy to seal the leak (as I had seen on YouTube) I explained the issue to the shopkeeper, then ended up having to find the video and in the end he was able to help me. He came back with the correct part, told me how to fit it...and then when I asked how much he just sort of shrugged and said 'nah don't worry about it, it's fine'. Honestly such warm and friendly people. And I managed to fix the sink very easily. Definitely would recommend, absolute definition of 'friendly neighbourhood retailer' 🙂

We were back to M&S for the third time, after two very successful bathroom renovations. Roland's knowledge and ability to understand just what we need and find it for us is second to none.
