Having a few problems with 2 week old Life 350 scooter.. Pros, big strong frame, good size platform and chunky tyres for a tall guy like me. Cons. Twice the scooter has stranded me after just one bar down on charge. As a product designer I'm curious to find out the fault. Will update. Update, new battery cured to the fault. Still not perfect tho

I feel I have to write a review of MV Sports after receiving some outstanding customer service from them today. The pedals on our 2 year old daughter's beloved Peppa Pig Trike, purchased in April this year from Argos, have stopped connecting properly with the wheels which as any parent of a toddler will tell you is just the end of the world After a pretty frustrating whole morning given over to addressing this with Argos, first by phone and then via 2 different Live chat systems, all with long queues, I was given the phone number of the manufacturer MV Sports. This is where my day took a turn for the better. I dialled the 0121 number and my call was answered on the 2nd ring - no options to pick from, no annoying advertisements - a real person to help me! This set the tone for the whole interaction. The highly professional Kay could not have been more helpful. She instantly understood what was wrong and would check to see if the warehouse had a new front wheel for the trike, which would sort the problem . I was called back later this afternoon as was promised with the good news that a wheel had been located and would be posted out to me. Very efficient service which surpassed my expectations! Thank you!!
