Came home after a few days away to no hot water or heating. After my normal gas engineer let me down, I was recommended yusuf by a friend. Came out at short notice at unsociable hours at my request due to it being an emergency and managed to diagnose and get the problem resolved within the hour. He charged me his normal call out fee despite it being late and at short notice. Would highly recommend his service to anyone who is looking for reliable and friendly service.
