Cannot speak more highly of this shop and the fantastic staff. Have shopped here 3 times now for bra fitting and new bras and every single time the process is faff free and straightforward and I always leave feeling lots more confident. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and confident in what fits well and looks good and unlike department stores know their stock really well so are quick with helping you. It's always a nerve wracking thing going for a fitting but I always leave feeling more confident and looking forward to wearing my purchases. Thank you ladies!

I get extremely anxious when doing new things and have desperately needed measuring up for some time but been putting it off. I walked into the shop which was busy with people and the ladies asked if I was okay or needed any help. I immediately felt at ease and explained I needed sizing up and for some bras. The whole process was extremely pleasant from start to finish and I felt like I was treated like a princess. The ladies are so kind and I felt they picked up on my anxiety and made me feel anxious ease. They opened my eyes to a whole new range of beautiful bra sets as originally I was just going for T-shirt bras. They are so comfortable and made me feel like a new woman. I also bought 2 lovely bikinis as I can never get bikinis to fit me but these are just perfect. Lovely kind staff who have so much knowledge in their jobs and a very good eye for what they do so Thankyou for making it such a lovely experience. I will highly recommend you to my friends and family

Took my wife here to have a proper fitting performed. She loves the new bras. The staff here are more than happy to help and assist. Well worth a visit, ladies, if you struggle to find comfortable underwear, etc.

I was well overdue for a bra fitting and thankfully found Mabel & Jacks online so I made a booking. Very friendly and professional service, no “cold” measuring tapes neither. Jane could just tell by looking at me what size I would be! I bought several new bras and now do not suffer with pains in my sides from my previous old bras. I will be coming back soon with my old bras as Jane told me that they will be reused/recycled for 2 charities which is great to hear. Thank you and see you soon. Anita

As a woman of big breast I have been struggling for years to find the right bra sizing and I finally found my size thanks to Mabel and jacks ! As soon as I walked in the customer service was amazing and they knew exactly what I needed and made me feel so comfortable with the bra fitting . I Would definitely recommend If anyone has been struggling with the wrong bra fitting .
