Would give 10 stars out of 5 but unfortunately there isn't that option. Asked Mabel for a two tiered cake with a couple flowers on top. Cake was beautiful, delicious and honestly I had took extra care when tasting the flowers because they were so authentic I wasnt sure whether they were real or not..

For our wedding in September, Mabel made little cakes for our tea reception after the church service and a three-tier wedding cake for our wedding breakfast. Everything looked amazing and tasted wonderful. Mabel communicates very well and listens to what you have in mind, she makes your visions become reality. I love ordering from Mabel’s! For every occasion, she’s worked closely with our requirements to design a gorgeous and delicious cake that always suits perfectly. The sugar flowers especially are detailed works of art. I also highly recommend the little cakes for their ease of eating and their many flavours and colours. The croquants are also extremely more-ish and I always order extra.

Fantastic cakes (3 tier cake and a few small cupcakes) made by Mabel for a wedding. Cakes tasted amazing, Mabel gave great feedback and advice on what fillings would/wouldn’t work in warm summer weather and the sugar work flowers looked real. Michelin star quality!

Mabel is such an incredibly talented baker and artist! She made the most stunning sugar peony to top her delicious frasier cake for our wedding - our guests couldn’t believe it wasn’t a real flower. The detail was unbelievable! Mabel also made a selection of cute small cakes for our wedding guests, including a delicious pandan flavour cake which was the most popular. All cakes were baked to perfection and arrived in top condition, despite having to travel from London to Birmingham on a hot day! Mabel put so much time and effort into making sure all the cakes arrived safely, we can’t thank her enough. The whole process of discussing our cake and design ideas with her was a breeze and she was very open to what we had in mind. Her creations really added that wow factor to our special day and we’re so grateful she took us on. We highly recommend Mabel - she’s truly up there with the best!
