    I took my car here for an MOT and full service despite it being slightly more expensive. They then charged extra for fitting the air filter, because it took them longer than expected (even though changing it is covered by the service) and didn't clean the car at all which should have been covered by the service. They also recommended unnecessary work be completed by suggesting brakes and a tyre were changed when they were still 20% away from being worn out. Also now two months after the service where they were supposed to do an oil change the car ran out of oil, its possible that this is a fault rather than them not changing the oil, we shall see. Further to the above I have taken my car to another garage where they assessed why the car ran out of oil (twice now). They informed me that the sump plug was not fully tightened, (which would be from when MAC testing serviced the car). I have spent £35 on oil that has leaked out of my car as a result of this and would like a refund for the service. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
