Paul and Tom dealt with our case and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Their communication, proactiveness, customer service, understanding and care was second to none. Both Paul and Tom were available to speak to us at all times and were always fully aware of what was going on and it was clear they were working closely together as a team to help in our property purchase. Out of all of the people we had to consult regarding our house purchase, Paul and Tom were by far the most efficient and helpful and were willing to bend over backwards to help ease any stress or issues encountered (of which there were MANY!) We encountered almost every hurdle possible during our purchase which was incredibly stressful from our initial solicitors closing mid-purchase, changing solicitors, mortgage revaluation and our mortgage offer almost running out amongst other things. The saving grace for us was Paul and Tom's customer service which helped ease our stress and made everything so much better. Paul predominantly was in contact with us and managed our case and was absolutely incredible. He was so organised and helped to push our case further along and was always communicating what was going on with us which was really helpful. Also he built a really strong rapport with both myself and my husband and we were able to ask him many questions and were just so grateful for everything that he did. We cannot express how grateful we are for them. This was our first experience with estate agents and if we are ever to buy a house again, I wouldn't want to use anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for everything!

They are a team of fantastic individuals who have helped us, first time buyers, leap into the market. They were infromative at every stage, they were always helping as soon as it was needed and made us feel at ease with the whole process.
