I ordered a Tom Dixon table on line, it said delivery within 10 days, I had to wait 2 months. Then the table arrived after unpacking we can see there was a dent due to poor packaging. During transit one of the ties ripped a bit of the box and since the table was wrapped with thin paper it dented the table. Made in design are basically brushing me off saying I should of read the T&C and unpacked the table in the street in front of the carrier in the rain to check if there was any damage as we couldn’t see any damage from the box even if it had a small tear. Totally unreasonable and terrible customer service.
