    After my partner spent an afternoon giving his time and feedback we have been waiting for payment as agreed by Chloe on the day. After waiting 5 days as per her instructions that it would take this time we called to ask how much longer it would be. Chloe advised us that they had a "...problem with their payment processor..." They did not see fit to give us a curtosy message to advise of any issues and we still have no idea how long it will be! Chloe has said she will give the number for the department (as suddenly it seems we need to start ringing around other departments to chase our money for God knows how long!) and we await her email. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE THINKS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO GIVE THEIR TIME TO COMPANY THAT HAS NO COMMON CURTOSY AND SEEMS BESET WITH ISSUES!!! AS I ADVISED CHLOE, TURNED A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE INTO A MASSIVE NEGATIVE AND I WILL NOT BE ALLOWING MY PARTNER TO ASSIST THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

    Nice here but hard to find, no real signage on the street. Easy to walk past multiple times that's for sure. Catering could be better too, very sparse. Not good of you've had a busy day and not eaten. I expect more than measly a packet of crisps.

    Greeted by a lovely young lady named Alex, she walked with me to the room I was to do my research in. She was very polite and provided me with ith everything I needed to make my experience a great one. The building was very clean and bright, there were fridges you could take canned drinks from and mini sandwiches waiting for us to arrive. Would definitely recommend!

    Lovely building,and internal facilities were very pleasant .I suppose who is using it at the time if refreshments are available.. On my visit ,not even a coffee offered. Good location easy to find in a busy City centre .
