Maggie’s hats and headpieces are so stylish and so different! In addition, she offered a really personalised service: sought info re the occasion, what else I’d be wearing, and invited me to send a photo of myself in advance of our appointment. She also asked me to select some of her hats that appealed and we met in Edinburgh for a try-on session. Maggie is very easy to be around and not at all pushy. I did not feel under pressure to commit. As it turned out, my favourite was the one I’d loved in the picture, but when I saw myself wearing it I was unsure. Thereafter I mailed Maggie, explained what I was unsure about and she came up with a perfect solution using additions to the piece. I was absolutely delighted with the result and loved wearing it to my daughter’s wedding. Another bonus: Maggie ensured the hat fitted me perfectly and I had no hassle on the day as it stayed in place really well. I’m just longing to find an excuse to wear it again!
