Extremely pleased with my service from Maggs and Allen. Tim, Dan and Anna were all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly also prepared to talk through the whole process at length. It takes a leap of faith to sell a property at auction but I am convinced this method netted the best price I could have achieved for this sale. After I applied for a viewing they asked me to provide all my personal details (job title, salary, current address etc.) and being successful they booked me in for a viewing (to happen during office hours) only to call me the day before the viewing to cancel it. The person I spoke on the phone told me they weren’t sure why they booked me in since the property was already unavailable. Total waste of time (since I also booked time off work), I only hope they comply with gdpr and delete all my information now.
