Google asked me for an update so here we go: I've been a few times since my initial visit pre baby. Discounts are not as good as they were, especially smaller items. The popular M&P play mat I brought is never close to the £30 I paid, and neither is the sit and play cushion. They have a Facebook Group you can message and ask for if they have specific items in stock. Overall for the larger items I always recommend attending a Baby show. Glad I was told about this place! Went in to look at a pushchair only but ended up spending £500!!! Customer service I received was great and the young lady dropped everything to the car for me too. Brilliant bargain for odd things. As a first time parent I'd done lots of research on what I needed to buy from day 1 so I managed to get some good bargains in terms of play mat (£30 instead of £100), blanket and other small items. Not many newborn clothing on sale. They were the same price as online. Some lovely clothing on offer for 6mnths+. I'd tested plenty of pushchairs so knew exactly what I wanted. Ended up finding what I wanted at a good reduced price too. What I liked was on for £450 but the lovely lady that helped me knocked off £100 as I was buying lots of other things. Don't go in expecting a full travel system at a reduced price. It's an outlet. They have various pushchair options that come with carry cots for newborns. Lots of options from the Strada range for around £450 rrp £550. Lot of furniture on offer however unsure how cheap this was as I had already brought mine.

Our first visit whilst we were in this area, good new discovery. Amazing items and good prices. Don’t expect anything to be marked down by 90% like other fashion brands but we bought what we will gift our nephew for an upcoming birthday party. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Honestly came away more than happy! After been treated quite poorly at birstall, and having someone be incredibly unhelpful. When we then got to the Huddersfield store, Libby couldn't have helped more if she tried and she really did make you feel comfortable and not as though you was interrupting her day! We will be back for sure.

I went to the Huddersfield store and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of items and prices. I was further impressed by the amazing customer service offered by Denise who spent a considerable amount of time helping Decide on the right items for me she really went all out ( she didn’t really need to) and made me feel I was actually listened to as a expectant mum and was able to purchase the right products. Lovely warm friendly manner from staff at the store from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this store and will be returning again for further purchases the manager Tallulah was equally helpful and explained delivery of products and went out of her way also - I left a very happy customer! Thanks guys :)
