It's a 🚌 station... 🚌 arrives 🚌 departs...the outside exterior needs a clean.... there are a few vending machines situated inside the main concourse, which is quite small....didn't visit the WC facilities so can't comment on their cleanliness....

Just wanted to speak about Station manager Leigh and her team, including security. I was witness to the aftermath to one passenger being assaulted by another without cause. As a security supervisor, I am definitely relaying the proficient, effecient and effective approach to dealing with vulnerability, to my team, as an example of commitment to customer service and welfare. I can say that having spent the length of the trip from Manchester to London, with the victim, she had faith in humanity. This is mostly due to the efforts of Leigh and her team having scruples and a coherent sense of professional ethic. Thank you.
