I forgot my house keys and Apple Watch charger in the hotel on the 1st of April. I contacted them the same day and they told me they found my stuff and will keep them in a safe. When I dropped by, they couldn’t find my stuff and called the manager for me. The manager told me that my stuff were probably in the “housekeeping safe” and that they didn’t have access to it and I should come back some other day. He did not even apologise for the inconvenience this caused me especially that I had to travel to Manchester to collect my things as I live in Coventry. After that day I contacted them over and over again and every time a new staff member would answer me and after explaining everything to them again, they would tell me they would call me back, but no one ever did. I gave up after more than a month of trying. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Great hotel, good modern rooms. Small on site car park. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Food, bar, breakfast were all really good quality. Decent location for Manchester.
