Manuela makes some of the most delicious cakes and food. Recently, I ordered a gluten free Tiramisu from her. Manuela went to the effort to make gluten free savoiardi biscuits herself, rather than just buy some alternatives, and it made the dessert that much better. It was delicious and creamy with a great texture. You wouldn't be able to distinguish it from a gluten-containing Tiramisu! I highly recommend her and I think that my next order will be for her yummy GF apple cake!
