Today I went into Mappin & Webb and was greeted by Kris. I explained I needed a link replaced on my watch. He did everything I needed with care and attention to detail. It was a small task to do but he still treated it with care, which is something I look for and is hard to find in retail these days. It’s safe to say, that when I make a new purchase of a watch Kris will be the person I go to. I hope Mappin & Webb realise how much of an asset Kris is to their company.

Purchased some pearl earrings in the Guildford branch for my wife today. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The lady that sold me the earrings was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the differences between pearls. Also had a lovely chat with a salesman who shared my nerdy passion for vintage seikos and Rolex's. Thanks for a great experience.
