Two stars is for the overall experience I had dealing with Marble and Granite. Everything started well until a 2nd templating visit was required. M&G still went ahead and templated on the 2nd visit despite knowing the same problem they raised on the first visit was still present. My issue was with them expecting me to pay for the 2nd visit, which in my opinion wasn't needed. The quartz worktop itself is nice, however the splashback has a small chip on it, something they refuse to take responsibility for. There has been quite a bit of back and fourth on email, and the messages I've received have been aggressive, rude and unprofessional.

I get the impression they’ve forgotten more about working with quartz and granite worktops than most people have learned. Throughout the entire process from making the template to fitting the worktops a few days later, everyone was very friendly and professional, and we are delighted with the finished results. A professional and friendly family business who really know what customer service is about. Sophie spent plenty of time to help us select the right choice of quartz for the worktops and sink. Templating was done on Tuesday and the fitting on Friday, with the guys arriving first thing in the morning as promised. Perfect fit and a great result. Very competitive prices after a bit of negotiation. Would definitely recommend M&G. Thanks everyone! Love the finished result.
