1 star is probably pushing the bounds of what this company deserve. The product was sold as a templated worktop however they only measured which lead to several issues on the fit. The quality of the finish was also not great. Although thee main issues around fitting were eventually resolved, the way our concerns were handled was attrocious. Rather than deal with the issues with concern and care we were accused of being the problem and constantly harassed about payment of the 50% due on fitting. I dont think I have had a worse customer experience. Both myself and my wife were verbally attacked by the owner who suggested that he did not trust us to pay the bill and even asked me if I trusted my own wife. A shambles of a company, low quality and terrible service, its not like it was any cheaper than more established providers. Avoid at all costs.
