    I have been dealing with this company for 13yrs and was happy with service up until I needed a refund for a tyre that never got delivered in December 2022 still waiting April 2023 we are now eleven phone calls on and no joy, next I will be stopping my direct debit and they can chase me for the money and time I have wasted. Your customer service is shocking, apparently this is quiet normal to be treated like this, well shame on you. Four Counties Garage , Tamworth.

    I worked here for nearly 2 years I enjoyed it dont get me wrong maybe the 2 runs I didn't agree with, I managed to find myself another job closer to home and notified them in good time and took nearly £200 WITHOUT AUTHORITY accusing me of missing tyres NEVER AGAIN and it's a shame because I got on with them all.

    First lady was helpful, and explained what I needed. Second guy hung up on me on discovering I didn’t have an account number, as I wanted to check stock, having spoken to my local tyre fitter. Very rude and disappointing.

    Any account holder should be very careful with returning tyres back to bond, your money goes missing and be very careful of one person called callum when closing your account with bond. I asked callum that i have now sold the business could you please collect your winter tyres from the garage, he said oh no thats ok i will transfer it to new owners account, and i asked him to close and send me confirmation that account has been closed. Not only he did not close the account he did not transfer the tyres to new business owner, now when when i speak to them each one of them comes up with a number callum is saying £250 is outstanding his colleague is saying £1200 and their solicitor is sayng its £450 outstanding.

    Really bad company to deal with open a trade monthly account only to be chased for money to be told it’s a cash on delivery total wast of time filling in the account form and opening a monthly account I will also add when chased for we hadn’t even have a statements so did what I can do best payed off outstanding amount and told them to close the account and I will never deal with them again there are plenty more tyre companies out there which I think they are forgetting total bunch of wasters that didn’t take my company seriously as they think there bigger and better than me

    The 5 star goes to lady in customer service called Tamzin. Although Bond as a company often struggle to meet the Delivery times that they give out. Tamzin always goes above and beyond to help us out and track where the vans are and where they are due next etc.
