Coursey car on hand to get home and repair done the following day ,they also dealt with the warranty company direct so complete hassel , free a just a call to say it was all done ,can I also add that my car is quite rare so very impressed with the fabulous time on getting the part Have recommended to work colleagues locally .. Jason is always helpful and prompt. Great service and upfront with prices. Our car was serviced with brake pads and discs replaced. The following week we noticed the car juddering over 50mph. Jason managed to fit us in the next day and fixed the problem which was probably caused by another company when we had tyres replaced. They aligned the wheels and made sure the problem was resolved and didn't charge us a penny. Fantastic customer service - would definitely recommend. Services: Brake service & repair, Wheel alignment

On Christmas Day, my car developed a strong, grinding sound that was very bad at low speeds (turned out to be a completely locked and worn brake disc/unit) and it seemed (and was) a risk to drive. Luckily, my mum let us stay with her in Witham and we managed to see family using her car (and patience). We live near Hastings and my in-laws booked an impromptu trip, last-minute, late on Boxing Day, due to land at 1pm on 28th... with everyone enjoying Christmas and closed for the bank holidays and us having a car we could not trust to drive. Desperately seeking somebody to even look at the car, I rang everyone under the sun on 28th morning; the answer was pretty much the same everywhere: no room/fully booked/cannot get parts - how about early January?.. As soon as they were open, both my mum and I tried Markham & Smith; honestly, losing any hope by that point. Fortunately, Natalie answered our urgent call of distress with cautious optimism - telling me to get the car around ASAP and they would try to help. Needless to say, they succeeded - and even pressed to get the car to us for us to make that 1pm airport pick-up. Obviously, I was very lucky, yet the truth is that they did not have to even look at the car, let alone try to get it ready in time for my in-laws arrival. That they did highlights their being very decent and kind; and also very good and speedy at what they do. Thank you, you genuinely saved a big part of our Christmastime.
