Went back to Marsland Timber (Harrogate) hoping that the rude and argumentative gentlemen behind the counter had moved on. No such luck, in fact worse than before. Simply couldn’t be bother discussing what was in stock and said he did not know what was in the yard. Told me to go and look around for what I wanted. Ended up going elsewhere.

I've used this branch maybe a dozen times in the last year... Had stuff delivered... had stuff cut... Spent quite a sum... Not anymore... The guy there is so down right rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and quite frankly, Tiresome. Last Monday was the last straw and also the last time I will use the Harrogate branch.
